Keeping on top of suppliers’ orders, saving the invoices, reconciling your bank and credit card accounts, ensuring you know the value of your stock at any one time, but essentially at the end of your financial year – many of these mundane activities will be an unpleasant surprise if you are new to running a business. We’ve developed our Ecommerce Tracker as a single source for all your records – yes, even your Amazon orders and fees. Whether you decide to manage everything yourself or outsource to a VA, the Tracker is based on Google sheets and is easy to learn and easy to use.

To help you efficiently record and report on your business, we’ve semi-automated as much as we can, without making it too complex. We don’t use Google scripts or programming, just some of the more common expressions and formulas – if you have any experience of Excel, you’ll find the Tracker child’s play.
